When you select the standard 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For, your device is only covered up to £50 against loss. We recommend you pay an additional amount if you would like items/iPhone sent via Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Working Day before 1PM. Your device is then covered up to £500 against loss. These options are available at the checkout area.
Delivery times and type of delivery service may vary according to your selected order, delivery address and availability of parts and repair/fault finding times. A signature may be required for delivery.
Once your order has been accepted and dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email confirming that your order has been processed.
Need to return an item?
Not a problem! Items must be returned within the 28 day approval period and must be complete, unused and wrapped in their original packaging. Please include the original order number and the reason for its return. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 days and back onto the original method of payment.
Need to return an a faulty item or repair?
If any parts purchased or repairs carried out on your iPhone has developed a fault, please contact us at 029 21660860 or email us at [email protected] Please include the original order number and a short description of the fault with your email.
The 1 year warranty only covers you for products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. Please see our warranty for further details.
Need to return an item?

Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.
After 28 days, iPhonefixed cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.
Pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
Include the original order and packing slip or receipt and your reason for return.
