We Collect, Repair & Return

How does it work?

If you want your device repaired as quickly as possible but you can't get to us and you live in the Cardiff area, you can use our same day collect, repair and return service.

For a fee of £15.00, we’ll arrange for Cardiff Cycle Couriers to collect your device, bring it to us for repair, and return to you on the same day.

Collection before 12 PM is required for a same day repair service on broken screens, battery replacements, home button, and power button repairs, etc.

Complex repairs, which include diagnostic to determine faults, water damage, colour conversions, and refurbishments, may take a little longer.

How to book this service

1.  Select the repair service for you, from the top menu - iPhone Repair or iPad Repairs.

2.  Then select the iPhone or iPad model you would like repaired.

3.  When you have selected the model, choose the actual repair you would like us to carry out, e.g  Screen Repair

4.   Add the selected repair to the cart then proceed to the checkout area.  Fill in all the details, Name, Billing address, etc.

5.  When you arrive at the Shipping Option, please select 'Cycle Courier Collect & Return Service'  as highlighted below.

6.  When you have done the above task, directly below you will see a large text box.  

Please include the collection address and any further instructions, for example - collect from the reception desk in the text box above. Place the device in suitable packaging such as a jiffy envelope and write the words - iPHONEFIXED - 38 CRWYS ROAD, CARDIFF on the front. We will confirm your order via email or telephone and arrange for the device to be collected at the address provided by you.

Please detail the faults you are experiencing with your device including the network/carrier details (02, EE, T-Mobile, Vodafone, etc.) We also require the pass-code if activated and any other relevant information.

What happens next?

Complete the order via the checkout and pay for the repair and courier service.   You will then shortly receive a confirmation email.  The cycle courier will be booked by us.

The cycle courier will collect the device and deliver it to us and we’ll get on with the repair. As soon as the repairs have been completed, your device will be returned.

Where is this service available?

This service is only available in Cardiff zones 1 to 7.  For destinations outside Cardiff please use our free Royal Mail return delivery service or contact us for more information.
