How it works
1. Decide which service you require.
If you cannot come in person, please select the appropriate repair or service and your iPhone model, and add it to the cart. Follow the prompts, and you’ll soon receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folders.
2. Mail-in your device to the iPhonefixed offices.
Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to prepare and pack your iPhone safely and securely. Follow the directions, then send your package to us using the postal guide.
If you would like to get your iPhone fixed while you wait and you live in the Cardiff area, please complete the repair reservation booking form. There, you can select the most convenient day and time to visit us.
Alternatively, you can drop your iPhone off and collected it at a later time or date which suits you.
While you are waiting for us to repair your device, we highly recommend a visit to the charming independent flower studio cafe & bar, the Sunflower&I which is only a few meters opposite from our offices. Why not take a stroll around Cardiff Bay, Europe's largest waterfront development. Most repairs can be completed within the hour*.
4. We carry out the necessary repairs.
If posting your device to us, the repairs usually take one-to-two days, and are often completed within 24-hours; each repair is followed by a full test of all the functions of your device. If you have arranged a walk in repair, these are usually completed within the hour.*
5. Your iPhone is returned to you in full working order.
Once the repairs have been completed, you can collect your device in person or have it posted back to you, with a full 365-day guarantee – this means that you’re covered for up to a year in the unlikely instance that anything should happen to go wrong.
