Our technician will carry out the screen replacement for you. We take pride in our work, and it shows in the completed repair. Poor quality screens can harm your eyes and our reputation. We only use high-quality replacement screens. Additionally:

  1. We ensure the new screen is properly installed and test it to make sure it works as expected.
  2. We use specific tools to copy configuration data from your damaged original screen to ensure the newly fitted screen achieves the best performance.
  3. We may need your iPad's passcode to check the new screen. We will carry out a basic check and our 6-month warranty covers all screen issues, excluding accidental damage (cracked or broken screen) and damage caused by water, general wear, or tear.

How it Works:

  1. Pack the iPad 3 with care, using bubble wrap or other protective materials.
  2. Send the packed iPad 3 to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery for screen replacement.
  3. When we receive the iPad 3, we will replace the screen within 1-2 business days.
  4. Once the screen replacement is complete, we'll send the iPad 2 back to you, carefully packed, via Royal Mail Special Delivery for fast and secure delivery.
