Booked walked in appointment online. Left my phone with the technician
for an hour whilst he fixed it. Came back after my coffee in the bay, the phone was all fixed, the coat seemed pretty cheap, and the fix was done to high standard that I would expect. I would fully recommend.

Great, honest & quick
Fabulous guy. Great customer service. Good price. The advice is honest & accurate. Its the first time I have ever broken a phone (in the 19 years of owning one), they put me at ease straight away. Highly recommend. If visiting in person, note they are on a one way street & parking is difficult although free for the first hour.

Genuinely could not recommend this service / company highly enough. Dropped my iPhone 6 at a wedding on a Saturday and completely shattered the screen. Took it to a local mobile phone shop who did the total hatchet job for £35 with a very poor quality screen and ruining Touch ID. Found iPhonefixed online and sent my phone (and hopes of regaling touch ID) in the post on Monday. Have the phone back by Wednesday lunchtime with a genuine screen which made the phone look brand-new. They have tried in vain to salvage the touch ID and have changed the flex book couldn't seem to get it working. After rebooting the device not only does the touch ID network but my phone looks better than it was before I dropped it. If you want quality you have to pay for these guys genuine quality. Very very pleased and highly recommended.

I have used this company twice and on both occasions the service has been excellent. I have walked in without an appointment and had the repairs carried out within the hour for a very reasonable price. Why go anywhere else. Highly recommended. Always try and make an appointment.

Excellent customer service,very polite,professional and friendly.Dropped my phone off at 1 and by the time I had a coffee in the bay, it was all ready and fixed by 1:45 !!!Phone now looks brand new !Would definately use service again and would highly recommend to anyone:)

Horror! My i phone 4 s has fallen out of my pocket, the screen cracked and aside from the lines, black ghosting on one side and white on the other, the apps were scooting about and layering over each other. A trip to the Apple shop, to be told my only option was to buy a new phone, set off to mull over the options. Deciding to look for a greener, cheaper, solution, I searched the internet. After reading many reviews and comparing guarantees I felt most reassured by the reputation of iphonesfixed in Cardiff Bay.
Booking a time slot for repair ws quick and straightforward on line and the directions to me straight to their door. Once inside, Socrates, yes, that really is his fabulous name, assured me that it was no problem. An hour later the phone was ready and in perfect working order. The fee was very reasonable, considering that the whole thing had to be dismantled. ( I watched the video and decided against attempting it myself). I also received a years guarantee. How could I not be happy?
