Book an appointment if you would like to get your iPhone repaired while you wait at our Cardiff Bay location. Most repairs can be completed within an hour.
Whichever iPhone repair you require, we are more than happy to help you: whether it’s a smashed or broken screen or faulty camera, battery, microphone, broken casing or water damage. If you live in Cardiff or the surrounding areas or are visiting, book an appointment and come and see us. If you live elsewhere in the UK, we can still help with our excellent Mail-in service. We know your data is important to you so take our advice and be sure to back up your iPhone before you access our iPhone repair services.

From Monday 15th June we will be offering a full service which includes the walk-in repair service via our online booking system. In the meantime, we are pleased to be able to offer a Mail-In Repair service for our customers whilst keeping people safe and protected.
To take advantage of our Mail-in Repair Service please click here. Your iPhone will be delivered to us where our technicians will ensure they diagnose and provide a repair where possible, before returning it to you.

How long will I be without my phone?
Repair and turnaround times will be longer than usual during this difficult time and we are grateful for your understanding. We estimate, depending on the type of repair, parts availability, that most repairs will be completed between 4 to 7 days.
I live nearby, can I just drop the phone to you?
Unfortunately, we are not available to collect your phone in person. We are working minimal hours. We highly recommend using the tracked Royal Mail or courier service.
Can I collect my phone in person?
Again, we are working minimal hours. We must follow the Government’s advice on COVID-19 and social distancing, to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and our colleagues.
