Sending your iPhone to us
If you are not including your sim card, please inform us of the network associated with your device.
If your iPhone is password protected, please either include the password or disable this option completely before sending the device to us.
Ensure that ALL data and personal information is backed up prior to postage.
Wrap your device in plenty of bubble-wrap and place in a small padded envelope – there’s no need to include any accessories.
Place a copy of the invoice or confirmation email, order number or your name and address in the envelope along with your device, and include as much information as possible with regards to the issues you have experienced.

We will not accept any responsibility for devices sent to us that were damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged and protected.
We do not accept unannounced personal callers, however, you may drop off your device at the reception area of the address given above or book your repair via the checkout page.
